@lizslayed @primevideouk Libraries often offer cheap DVD hire and charity shops are also a great resource that I tend to use like a hire. Buy, watch, return!

@KitchenBee I rushed out to buy 2 after reading your book. Why didn’t I have them before?!

@caitlinmoran This is good advice in an ideal world. Unfortunately women are judged differently by both men and women in how they communicate. Sheryl Sandberg comments on this in her book ‘lean in’. From my experience in my first career (law) I agree with her. I hope it’s different now.

@KitchenBee @tastedfeed @pressurecook_fm This is true. To anyone that has the space I advise 2 dishwashers for that reason. Sounds greedy but means I cook almost everything from scratch with minimal clear up.

@Nigella_Lawson @KitchenBee A great selection. But my favourite of your books is still the original and best. I can recite many of the recipes by page number! And have gifted this one more times than I can remember

@Nigella_Lawson @SarahMillican75 Usually reserve hot ribena for periods of illness but love this idea. Come to think of it, forget matcha tea and frappes, both of which are overrated IMO, why don’t coffee shops serve this?

@LucyCK Home made Mayo is the best. I never had any luck with the blender method, despite multiple attempts. Luckily the thermomix seems to hold my hand and make it work!

@predictorelect @MsAlliance Astonishing to see the predicted numbers that still plan to vote conservative- where have they been the past 13 years?

…the Labour Party isn’t going to provide it. There’s nothing dangerous about caring for people, wanting a fairer society, a society without barriers. We want that society. We don’t want Sunak and we don’t want Starmer either. We want change. If you agree, RT.

@AvivaUK Thanks for replying. After 47 mins yesterday I was cut off. I have also tried email and the customer portal with no success. It should not be this hard to access a service I have already paid for.

@avivaplc hi- I have health insurance with you. I sent an online request last week. As I have had no answer I am trying to call you. Currently on hold for over 50 mins. How can I contact you to deliver the service you have promised without making it a full time job?

@AvivaUK Trying to get hold of you. Again. I sent both an email and an online portal message the week before last. No answer. Now waiting for you to answer the phone. 20 mins so far. Not good enough. I would urge everyone that has a choice NOT to use you for health insurance.
