The best part about never saving anyone I ever met on a dating app in my phone under their real name is now I just have these ghost personas in my phone: Toolbit Taylor Ryan the Temp Colby Jack Cheese I have no idea who they are anymore, but they still make me laugh. Poetic.

Someone needs to tell people who have never gone to therapy that therapists aren’t there to “tell you what to do” when you don’t know. They don’t know “the right answer” for your next move in life. And they will never solve anything in only one session.
