I don't have kind words for whoever @Microsoft thought of adding "You don't often get email from" to the front of every email .. now every Outlook client, no matter the platform, has replaced meaningful summaries with this horse hooey

You'd figure that after a few decades or so .. Word's styling mechanisms would be solid.. but oh no. And now we have the styling mechanisms.. of Teams Word, Mac Word, Windows Word, Office365 Word.. all different and all equally foobar! Thanks Microsoft "the marketing company"

Yak shaving for today.. make a email alias in office365 ( takes a half hour or so since all MSFT software is nondeterministic ) .. so I could pretend to be an accountant on QBO … so I could undo a borked reconciliation because normal paying users aren’t allowed to do that in QBO
