Headlines I will watch closely today. Ukraina/Russia escalation at sea and oil transports. Chinese-Japanese tension. BOJ actions and US interest rates, equity summer sales.

Some people spend weekends studing charts and markets, journaling etc. Personally, I receive so much information during the week that only way to get it absorbed is relax and enjoy my life during weekends. #enjoytheride

Maybe the most difficult part of trading is to trust your own system. It is so easy to skip the entry because at that moment you don’t know and you should put your faith to something which looks unlikely to happen just to later see it to happen as you expected.

You are a trader, you have to trade. That is what small voice inside my head often says. Yet less I trade better results in the end. Now the voice is really load when waiting FOMC, ECB and BOJ. But I will stay firm and wait and win💪 #tradingpsychology
