BBC Hausa reports that Boko Haram has abducted at least 35 travelers after looting 9 vehicles on the Damaturu-Maiduguri highway around Jakana. This area, which is just 40km to Maiduguri has been a BH hotspot for long. We’ve been flagging it but horrific attacks continue unabated.
Following the Netherlands who banned air travel from the UK last night, due to the fast spreading UK variant of Coronavirus - Italy and Belgium have joined in, and it is reported France, Spain & Germany may ban all travel from the UK today. (P.S. It's not going to work)
