@MelMattison1 A country that reaches Soviet Union gov spending cannot thrive under any ccy. Also, rejecting any mismanagement while avoiding any comparison with the rest of EU is super comfortable. Devaluation might be a solution to gov debts but not costs of living.

@hkuppy One important difference to the shale oil story, is that backwardation in compute is rather going to be structural, with older chips getting cheaper as new ones come out, and no compute storage possible to flip to contango.
@zerohedge What if backwardation is the base case? Compute cannot be stored, neither is electricity in many cases, so no cash & carry. Once new generation chips come out, cost of older ones falls, so I would assume a decline bounded by electricity costs and depreciation caveats.
