what is mean-reversion? who is selling 0DTE options at the other side? most of days >75% massive 0DTE options would drive mkt into mean-reversion rangebound boring days, suppressing $VIX favoring MMs options selling & mean-reversion, 0DTEers got whipsawed left & right intraday

leg-in Iron-Condors around Kerb-wall as illustrated below has a much wider profit-zone the profit-zone, if traded as below = from 4025 to 4225 with Kerb-wall as the center = 200 pts leg-in Iron-Condors have huge advantage if knowing the mean-reversion Wall days/weeks in adv.

below chart 1) if one wants to long options long-term use 4-6 month out for optimum Theta decay profile 2) if one wants to sell options or premium like mean-reversion leg-in Iron-Condors use 1-3 weeks out when the Theta decay at the fastest rate 3) combining the two is great👍

butterfly is okay but I prefer legging into Iron-Condors (or Strangles for aggressive traders) 1) on Ponzi bull-trap pump to > Kerb-wall + X sell OTM call-spreads (short-strike > 4225) 2) on Ponzi bear-trap dump to < Kerb-wall - Y sell OTM Put-spreads (short-strike < 4025)

Here's a formula I call "The Power of 9" 3+3+3 1.) A $3 move with a delta 70 option. 2.) With a position size of 3 contracts (if you can). 3.) Doing that 3x per week (consistency). Over 50 weeks that's close to $100,000 / year. You don't have to steal this I'm giving it away.

great for team-Kerb lagging into Iron-Condors on Pumps > great-wall; selling Credit call-spreads strike > Kerb-wall 1 or 2 weeks out on dumps < 3900 selling credit put-spreads strikes < 3800 1 or 2 weeks out legging into Iron-Condors to take advantage of the boring ping-pong

also, 0DTE options expiring in just one day, so, one can't even find Jaws (divergence) from 0DTE volumes or put/call ratio stock up more 0DTE calls volume stock down more 0DTE put buying rangebound days (>75% of the time) 0DTEers whipsawed left & right, expiring worthless

“Buying the dip” means buying shallow, low range pullbacks over support and rising MAs, and preferably on the way back up. Buying into stocks that have broken down into downtrends & below declining MAs, is not buying a dip, it’s buying a downtrend. Key difference.

walls are magnets & also support/resistance levels for OTM call & put spreads, making sure the short-leg strikes should be behind the major walls ex: for put-spreads when $SPX @ Trump-wall the short-put strike should be below Biden-fence👌 same for short-call strike👍

just remember Gamma works both ways these massive put hedges in Oct/Nov/Dec @ lows prompted the massive Gamma squeeze to the upside in Jan but Gamma works both ways if super-hawkish Powell shows up then these huge Gamma would accelerate the Gamma-bomb flip to the downside💣🦃
