@MattSwulinski @viktor_com Absolutely. Setting clear ground rules. Getting clear on what you're asking for. Asking for initial tests. Clarifying 10 times what you want. Experimenting until they understand it and can do what you want 10/10 times. Still checking in because you are accountable. Delegation.

@philhchen I'm bullish on some things I heard from @TownAI in terms of truly getting to know every employee and their goals, needs, and preferences. But all of these assistants could be improved by onboarding them like an employee ( goals, KPIs values, mission, the way we do things here)

@immad What if we collectively forced people to list churn or renewal rates in any claim that did so? It doesn't mean it's *not* renewing, and it could still be *sticky*. But it might not be.
