Leadership is about doing whatever it takes to help your team succeed. Average leaders make excuses and let things happen. Great leaders take ownership and get things done.

The #Chawks would like to send the biggest thank you to all of our sponsors for the 2023/2024 season. What a ride it was. We appreciate everything and would not be able to step on the ice and play this amazing game without your continued support.

What a remarkable decade-long run for the @roccitytigers Championships in 2015, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2022, and 2024 Finals appearances in 2014, 2016, and 2023 The run also saw a provincial B banner in 2015. @saskeasthockey @SaskForum @thehpcpodcast @MondayNooner

@DawsonBrolundVW @roccitytigers @saskeasthockey @SaskForum @thehpcpodcast @MondayNooner Single handedly attributed to Jeff Odgers. The novelty of playing for the Tigers started when he retired from the NHL and moved home to play. It continues today because people want to play FOR him. Would be hard pressed to find a better person. The man simply loves hockey.

Bowles siblings pace tenacious C-Hawks offence in THHL final brandonsun.com/sports/2024/03… via @thebrandonsun Opposing goalies have seen plenty of the Bowles brothers, just ask @ShamrockHockey goalie Brian Archibald as teams prepare for Game 4 Saturday in Virden, 7 pm @MinElkCHawks

@FarmingtonPower @mboyle1959 And in your findings what would your suggestion be to an athlete, say hockey player on what to do to reduce inflammation and speed up recovery on say back to back games or a busy week , I know sleep & nutrition are the big 2 that are a must

@mboyle1959 @FarmingtonPower What are your thoughts on it for in season sports performance, were the athlete /coach isn’t worried about adaptation, more concerned about performing the next day , ie back to back games ?
