stars aligning with the $NVDA rally today(back to ATH?) almost everything that is playing out now on @longdotxyz and $AI was mentioned word-to-word on tweets I had weeks ago(and prob inside of my head months ago) as I said there are many ways to compose with stocks diff approaches. But my focus is on incubating assets and supporting them as intensely as roadshows for pre IPO companies. AI has the best meme fundamentals we've seen for a very long time + the community and support to gain mindshare in places where no one else is even trying most importantly, the most cracked group of early adopters who absorbed 80% dips without breaking a sweat. LONG.
You should think about LONG tokens as a vehicle for accumulating and coordinating as much exposure as possible to an underlying stock. It’s not far from how hedge funds and investor groups have historically operated on Wall Street, except that with LONG, anyone can become the

@PeptidePlugs @tonymission Damn I just checked out 2-3 hours ago, any chance I can get that discount? If not all good 🫡
@peptidepirate What’s the tirz equivalent for Reta at 2mg? If you switch, is it recommended for you to start at 1mg tirz?
@James9thLife What’s the dosage for each? I’m going 2mg Reta but considering going 1/1 split. Did a 5 day cycle of 0.5mg epitalon and felt decent as well
important to add that i also have been doing PT weekly to support my hip/low back issues however morning stiffness has improved tremendously. I've even ramped up mileage to 15-20 miles and look to get to 50 MPW by Oct for my Nov Marathon.
My N=1 experience on KPV. I've never used KPV beside very small dosages with GHKCU. I introduced it at 1mg per side on my hips/low back issues and i felt noticeable improvement in flexibility, significant relief than from just BPC/TB500. Going try wolv+ from @thepeptideplugs .
@_9th_Life_ Haven't introduced motsc again yet to see if kpv helps reduce the histamine reaction but very pleasantly surprised at the immediate kpv effects especially when stacked with bpc/tb
Third day of a 10 day epitalon 500mcg cycle, HRV at 60, RHR at 50. (Averaging 50-53) Previous weekly average pre Reta (5 weeks ago) 40-45 Previously weekly average on Reta: 25-35 Prev RHR average pre Reta 48-52 Prev RHR during Reta 53-60 HRV trending up all week @AbudBakri
RHR is so back. I’ve only added additional evening potassium supplementation to go w my Mag and coq10 while trying to finish all exercise by 8pm
@_9th_Life_ Getting KPV standalone today to test along side bpc/tb for hip/low back issues before I get a full blend. Stopped motsc cause of the histamine response so may try it again alongside it
Week 4ish on RETA: 1. Back to pre vacation weight (245) 2. RHR (2 days after dose) down to 54 (48-50 pre reta, 57-60 first 3 weeks) 3. Supplementing potassium, Running 15ish miles per week, 4 lifts. 4. BPC/TB, Pinnealon, break from ghkcu/kpv & mots-c due to histamine reaction
@RetailGaslight Found that supplementing potassium helped this significantly before Reta and doing my own experimenting last few days have shown a promising increase. HRV has been tanking recently so hoping to see better results
@RetailGaslight @recon10th @fitcapbiohacker Been on Tesa for 2 weeks, reta for 4 and the scale number not dropping cause of water weight makes a lot of sense. needed to read this lol
Creating this to separate my Crypto accounts and track fitness and goals. Been on Reta for 3ish weeks now BPC/TB500 for a nagging glute/hip injury GHKCU/KPV Tesa - Stopping for now
