Although I haven’t been running as much lately, last night I ran a trail race. On the way home I realized I’ve been lugging the same black Nike duffel bag to races for 20 years. Life Lessons - have hobbies that love you back - buy things based on lifetime value Much love. :)

Our little lady’s current thing is - mid change - to pop up & flee the scene in her new diap. Pants free. She giggles yelling, “runaway!” Tonight’s twist… “Joy Joy’s stinky!” 10 minutes later I realized she wasn’t joking. 💩
