An overcrowded Emergency Department is a overcrowded hospital that chooses to put all the risk on a team who is already sinking. How many good ED nurses / Doctors and allied professionals are we to loose before it changes and risk is shared.

Recently Retired Air Traffic Controller from Pittsburgh PA has neck surgery for pain and denied pain meds when surgery failed, DEAD at 57 years old. Friend’s Husband worked with him.
