@HCP4US @mass_marion Not exactly sure if you would call it theft or fraud. They are overcharging states and probably extracting a DIR type fee. Bottom line: ILLEGAL/CRIMINAL. My state started using PBMs just in 2021 so they haven’t done a deep dive yet on the numbers.
