@Airbnb Way to go Airbnb. Even after I sent in documentation saying guest was lying, you still gave me zero chance to explain my side of the story. Instead you hang up on me and issue full refund. Great customer service

@Airbnb 5 days later, still no response. 5 different guest checking in. Host Account deactivated for something that allegedly happened while I was traveling as a guest. 25 positive guest reviews, 400 positive host reviews. And I am left in the dark. Tks Airbnb

@Airbnb 72 hours later, still no response or help from ABB. My hosting account was deactivated fue to a host reporting me as a guest. I have guest checking in/out. I have zero access to the app. No idea why hosting is affected for alleged issues as a guest. HELP

@Airbnb Hi. Have been waiting 24 hours for a response from Airbnb. Account was deactivated for issues as a guest. Nothing to do with my hosting. I have had guest schedule to check in and out with no way to communicate. Please help me. I have guest with no idea on how to check in.

@Airbnb Almost three months and still waiting for 6 of my listings to be active. I literally had to remove things like large dining table and large desk from my description. WTH seems like host are still being punished for bad guest

@Airbnb More than once this year I have been accused by neighbors of noises violations or parties. Each time I have submitted videos and documentation that shows different. Regardless my listings have been suspended. How are we as host supposed to have trust like this!!!

@Airbnb How are host supposed to improve community relationships. When every time we are accused of a disturbance or noise violation, we don’t get enough information or facts to see what we can do correct these issues. We are guilty and not given any chance to present out side!!!

@Airbnb So apparently I can no longer properly describe my homes. 20 person movie theater is no longer acceptable not saying the home has a dining table for 24 guest perfect for a Thanksgiving dinner. Airbnb time to stop punishing host and go after guest. Charge a real deposit!!

@Airbnb after months of waiting with multiple tickets open. I can finally say Airbnb solved 5 out of 8 issues. I understand that they are short staff so it was a great morning waking up to responses dating back from June. Thank you

@AirbnbHelp Please call me, I am tired of waiting for a response. It has been months

@Airbnb I have been waiting for 3 months for 3 separate issues with guest who caused damages to my property. Still no repones from AirBNB. How much longer do I have to wait. I have gotten bad reviews due to some of this damages with All three guest damages are over $8500. HELP!!

@AirbnbHelp not only did these guest break my house rules but they also left@horrible reviews that are against AirBnB TOS. I would like to have Brittney and Reginalds reviews removed. Since they are only upset we did not let them have a party and break the house rules.

@AirbnbHelp I just sent 3 booking confirmation numbers with 3 guest who caused damages at my home. I Have been waiting since June for help. Each of these guest I submitted resolution request. Each of these guest did not respond. I have videos from the ring cameras, please help me

@AirbnbHelp Hello thank you for your prompt response. These are the booking numbers for the 3 guest I had damaged with. Justice Confirmation HMZFRXE8BE Reginald Confirmation HMW2S49SW8 Brittney Confirmation HMQP5W5BTS

@Airbnb enough is enough, been waiting 2 months for a response. Had 2 separate guest cause extensive damage and steal, both had unauthorized parties, both left horrible reviews. Still waiting for help. Do you need another 2 months? I need reviews removed and $$ for damages now!

@MyVyncs hello. Need help login in. My RV is hitting the road and I can’t log in

@Airbnb this has become the new normal. After holding for an hour the rep hung up on me. Twice I’ve called with unathorized parties. And no one has returned my call or messages the guest.

@NoiseAwareDotIO Been trying to get support. Why does it take so long? Not like I can sit at my rentals all@day and wait for your call. Someone needs to answer the phones

@Airbnb when will AirBnB realize that treating host poorly will not be good for them. Why keep payout adjustments a secret? Why not let host know which listings were paid and now owe $ back to AirBnB you sure can send plenty of emails out to guest letting them know they can cancel

@Airbnb it be nice if you could tell us that a listing has adjustments on payout. Very sneaky and again not acting like a partner, by hiding these adjustments from host. We are bleeding to death and you keep inflicting more damage. You could have spread them out.
