Question for my U.S. labOR law friends: I was told recently there's a much broader obligation on employers under NLRA to provide unions with info during collective bargaining compared to Canada. Anyone point me to writing/case law on scope of ER duty to provide information?

I smoked for a long time & am proud I quit many years ago now. That said the scary package labeling wasn’t the reason. I find THIS ridiculously shaming. Imagine if every glass of wine could only be served with “each sip harms your liver.” Or coffee “elevating your blood pressure”
