I think aggregate market figures are hiding the fact that this selloff is very liquidity driven (for microcaps). The 25% *least* liquid holdings from Dec 2021 of the IWC (microcap ETF) are down just 1.5% YTD; whereas the 25% *most* liquid holdings from Dec are now down 16% YTD.
