@Delta's Twitter support is top notch. Not something you often hear about an airline. I'm ready to fly again. ✈️

@Earl_GreyT @Airbnb Thanks - working with the credit card provider (what a pain).

@Airbnb how do you support a host keeping $400 for a reservation we can't use due to a country's travel restriction? Why would anyone use your service to book international travel when you allow travelers to have their money stolen when they can't travel?

There's a website where you can read about others that @airbnb has shafted (so to speak). Do you think @bchesky is reviewing each post and directing his team to improve the customer experience? One can dream. #airbnb #airbnb_out airbnbhell.com

@airbnb is great. You have to cancel (because you can't get into the country)? "It's up to the host to refund you any of your money." Meanwhile, we're going to keep our $95. What do you guys do with the fees you keep @bchesky ? Do you just have a massive pizza party fund?

@Delta No luck in my profile or the redeem page (invalid first name). I replied to the email from refund support 6 days ago, but didn't get an answer. I'm hoping to book this week for a March trip.

@Delta we had to cancel flights to France (they aren't letting anyone in ) and you issued us credits. I'm unable to see the credits following the instructions provided. Can you help?

@airbnb 's answer - Pound sand. We're keeping your $400. It's our policy. Don't book @airbnb and expect any support. @bchesky time to review your policy for travelers.

No update from the DM with @airbnb this morning. Hopefully they're not busy with other people who are out hundreds of dollars due to their draconian policy. @airbnbHelp are you guys helpful?

Bang up job by @BonSecours this morning. Two hours and still waiting for an 8:00 appointment. Good thing these guys aren't managing our healthcare or something important.
