I hope this doesn’t bite me in the butt; for those of you trying to get in touch with @NYSLabor for unemployment benefits questions, I’ve only gotten turned away from this number once in the 5 weeks I’ve been dealing with them. As you can see, 2 hours but at least it’s a person.
