Kids born after the year of 2000 are going through the worst mental health crisis we have ever seen. Same level of anxiety as a 1950’s psychiatric patient. The way we coach should reflect it. The easiest way to do that is love. Love doesn’t mean soft. Love means genuine.

Content hack that helped me stay motivated in the early days with tiny numbers: I imagined a room with the amount of people I got in views or impressions. So if a video for 93 views. I’d think “man, 93 people in a room would be a great audience!” It kept it feeling impactful.
