Not that I’m surprised as I’m still waiting for action on a leak from another (separate) roof terrace which was first reported to @FirstPortHelp @FirstPortUk in November 2016 but have received demands for further services charges.
It’s been a month since contractors left a ‘repair’ on a roof terrace 2 floors above my apartment which led to significant internal damage. Still waiting for action + reassurance. @FirstPortHelp
