@eaconner @StevenFulop The board chose to disregard the zoning because they thought a hotel would be better for the community than apartments. The community (through zoning & master plan) decided they wanted apartments over retail. This isn't something minor like setback or side yard.

@eaconner @StevenFulop I'd say the lawsuit is asking to reverse the approval, not just delay. The developer is free to design and build a 6 story apartment building above retail as of right that will provide housing and jobs to the city. there's so many more battles far worth your time
