Will Smith showed excellent rotational power last night So, here are some great rotational & deceleration variations 1. Back jump to throw. Build reactive forward move 2. Sledge hammer swing stops 3. 1/4 turn pogo to throw 4. Pulsing throws Heavy = more force, light = velo

I’ve often focused on what the lit tells me is less wrong. It’s a pillar to lean on, yet sometimes I feel paralyzed by only following literature. Key to remember that what you see in the clinic is also evidence. Utilizing that thought process more as a young clinician!
