This is what I've been doing, and I'm not always happy about it, but I also haven't been in crippling amounts of debt, so I feel pretty lucky overall. It's a hard tradeoff though, rarely feeling completely creatively fulfilled

I like the solo music made by Don Henley and Glenn Frey because in its slick vapidity, it’s not trying to be something it’s not. The Eagles were proto-yuppies, a bunch of Patrick Batemans playing country rock dress up. If only they’d been more comfortable in their shallowness.
