What it comes down to isn't the fact that I have ancestors who were enslaved, or how they were treated, but your perception of colonization and genetics. And Rachel Dolezal? Has zero of the history and zero genetics, yet motherfuckers want to compare us. That's even worse.

That's 6.25% African heritage. Let's look at my DNA results which are none of your business but at least 5 times that. At least 5 times. I'm not going to say how many times because it's not your business. Mull on that and consider how little you know about genetics.

My last word on DNA and "being black:" I've been dna tested and run my dna through a number of DNA databases. I can tell you right now, I am lighter-skinned with wavier hair than people I KNOW who have been DNA tested with less African DNA than I have.

#LHHNY My daughter has #arthrogryposis and it's a roller coaster. While the joints won't get worse, they will change as the child matures into an adult. Jonathan doesn't need to feel bad about not being able to help his nephew walk; he is awesome as he is. 1/2

For the record, not only are not all skinfolk our kinfolk, but neither are all non black PoC. In case y'all forgot about history, the reason why we have Hispanic and Latinx communities is because the Spanish were/are colonizers - and no, they aren't all black. #lhhmiamireunion
