Now @chris_mccord is showing how he is using @livebookdev and FLAME to spawn a cluster of machines in real-time to generate thumbnails from a S3 bucket. Every 3 thumbnails are sent to a LLM running inside Fly, to come back up with a description!!! @ElixirConf

ICs need to “know their shape”. Eng. Managers need to know their shape & all their ICs shapes. Directors need to know their shape, their Managers shapes & their most impactful ICs shapes. So they can fit their teams together like puzzle pieces. Otherwise… 🧵

Depois de quase 12 meses eu consegui parar pra refatorar um débito técnico que me incomodava d+ e diminuir em vários segundos o tempo de metade das APIs do sistema. Vou até dormir com o coração quentinho hoje 💜
