25,000kg= complete. Usually you pick 1 exercise to GVT, not 6 done in supersets 🥴
Today I’m lifting 25,000kg as part of a team lifting a total of 100,000kg. Here’s my plan 🏋🏼♀️
It was a very hot and sweaty session this morning. Nearly 29* in the gym. Not every session is your best and that’s ok.

In 2 weeks time, I join with 3 friends to lift 100,000kg to raise money for the Joachim Roeser Memorial Fund. I never usually wear lifting gloves, but my hands are going to be in tatters by the end of the day. Can anyone recommend good gloves that don’t impact grip strength?
Also the ante & post natal specialist at the gym. This spans from training people who don’t have children but want to train in accordance to their cycles, to those expecting a baby & those who have had their baby & are looking to get back into fitness. #peakfit #Gloucestershire
