10 years ago yesterday was the last day someone paid me to write Java code. Don't know if this is something to celebrate or cry about. I still like it, I still keep up on it. But no one will pay me for it anymore, it seems.

I'm an existing @Ticketmaster customer, but they won't let me buy a ticket because they refuse to accept a Google Voice number as my phone number, and they won't allow me to checkout without logging in and updating all my account info first. What if I don't use a cell phone?

24+ hours waiting for my Authorize(.)net vendor to change my account type from store to online. Only took 15 minutes (on my tablet, while cooking dinner) to sign up for and change over to @stripe and process a transaction. 🤷‍♂️

I've seen much ink spilled over the war on women in the discussion of #RoeVsWade overturn. But no one seems to be grappling with the truth that most anti-choice organizations are founded and led by women. Until we understand why, we won't understand the opposition we face.
