Have you ever noticed how simply tracking it improves it? Even without the most comprehensive plan attached. I noticed this with my clients who wanted to lose weight. If everything felt super overwhelming I started with “just track for now and don’t worry about anything else.”

@mrmikeMTL I lost both of them before the age of 25. In losing them I came to realize that it’s not possible for me to take care of anyone who won’t take care of themselves. It turned me into a big Individual Responsibility guy.
