One insight that I find extremely worrying with LLMs in high-stake tasks is that an unset value of top-p means that there always is a > 0% probablitilty of sampling the wrong token and making a mistake. Just play the game enough times and you are guaranteed to make an error.

I figured out this prompting pattern for getting Claude to produce fully self-contained Python scripts that execute with "uv run" using PEP 723 inline script dependencies - and now I can one-shot useful Python tools with it
