It's a one-year deal between DE Jordan Willis and the Raiders, per source. 49ers still needs to find one more defensive end. There are a lot still available in free agency and the draft seems to have a lot of options, too. This year's draft is deep on TEs and DL.

Myles Harsfield's best spot might be at S where he has experience, where the 49ers have a need and where he can help implement the coverages used by new DC Steve Wilks. In that way, he sounds like a smart, low-cost pickup. He's also been a core STs player in Carolina.
