Bringing the AloCast back in 2024. Recorded around 30 episodes in a week and only dropped 6. My biggest takeaway from it was it’s very obvious who’s actually a killer and who’s not. Almost everyone I had one called their shot and executed.

physical pain & fatigue is largely overstated. body has all sorts of mechanisms to combat it (releasing endorphins, cooling system, inflammation) etc. mental fatigue is the real mother fucker. No physiological systems to get you through the dark days. only your mindset.
