Visited Bay Area for 2.5 days, met IRL w some super sharp folks. Key lessons: 1. Long sales cycles are *always* an excuse; 2. Negative feedback is best delivered in *public*; 3. All “growth” techniques revolve around either increasing motivation or decreasing friction.
@_Liso_ If you are optimizing for the team’s performance (not the individual atom) it is substantially more effective. And maybe more effective for the individual too.
