After finding out just how similar to Chrome it is in terms of looks and functionality with the console, I’m giving Brave Browser a whirl - brave.com Also using DuckDuckGo to really try and shake off the Google stink - duckduckgo.com

Seems to good to be true but so far I’m impressed with how simple it was to setup a sectioned scroll locked page complete with smooth scrolling nav links using 2 CSS properties: scroll-snap-type: y mandatory; scroll-behavior: smooth; #CSS

There is a special place nuzzled at Satan’s fiery bosom for people that prefix Stack Overflow/forum questions with HELP!… They will be nuzzled right next to the people that have the default KNOCK KNOCK notification sound on Slack.

I can’t believe it’s taken me this many years to change it so that Slack doesn’t post unless you hold down ⌘ and press enter. The amount of uncooked messages I have sent over the years from pressing enter when trying to so an apostrophe is staggering.

Finally got round to getting a light that has the right fitting for the LIFX smart bulb I was gifted by those lovely folks at @VersaAgency. This is futuristic as shit! I’m currently sat in a subtle purple hue obediently waiting for our robot overlords to come and take over.

Treated myself to 3/4 of a kilo of chuck steak from a really nice butchers to make a huge curry. I put it on the counter top to get to room temp. Nipped out to get something I forgot. Came home, the steak was gone but there was a really happy looking and beef filled dog 🥩🐕 😩

Cripes! I just had to go through FOUR confirmation screens to cancel my Amazon Prime membership. At every step they were like “ARE YOU SURE? YOU’LL MISS OUT, WHY NOT JUST TAKE A FEW DAYS TO CONSIDER”. That was digital abuse, I need a shower.
