Been ostracised by their family because they’re blind. So they are totally locked out of the banking system. I remember putting together multiple 360 accessibility plan proposals for 1 of the biggest banks in Nigeria but of course it didn’t see the light of day.
In nigeria most blind folks have to give their ATM pin out to random people just because the machines are not optimised to accommodate blind people. It’s quite sad.

Got a call from Chase's fraud team today because they were worried we were sending 500k to Coinbase. Them: "who told you about this crypto currency, is someone pressuring you to buy something quickly?" Me: "uh, we're a crypto company....."
Extremely important to have your work be visible, and for requests to be public so the types of requests can be measured. Also important to ticket things so they don't get forgotten! And public discussions ensure everyone is in the know. x.com/tomcudd/status…
