Not focusing on UI/UX in dashboards is a zero-sum game. It literally means: USER INTERFACE USER EXPERIENCE. Prioritize value and experience.

When you move up in biz, you got a lot of stakeholders to report. Clients, CEO, CFO, COO, government. Everyone has their interests, Clients need ROI. CFO needs bookkeeping/cash flow. government need cash flow. Plan Accordingly!

Started tracking my actual focus hour vs pretended focus hour. Results were shocking, actual was 40% of pretended. That being said, if I work 10 hr, I’m only focused 4hr. Notes taken!
