100% this! Very well written. I am fortunate to work as a team lead at a company that recognize that individuals matter. Very grateful for that. The point about roadmaps being tricky to make due to people not being interchangeable is so true and easy to relate to.

@ottawadansmith Rule 1: Never sell NFTs. Rule 2: Always buy multiples, so that when you have to break rule 1, you can sell the excess Rule 3: that when you sell NFTs, you use the money to buy more NFTs Rule 4: I still need to think of, I'm kinda making this up on the fly
