What's with the wind lately? Well, the month of April is the windiest month on avg for the Twin Cities & much of MN. And this year is no exception. In fact, the last several years, there have been few months that have eclipsed 9.5mph on avg, while April has been 12/13 mph on avg.
A beauty of a sign off from another professional team moving cities. Hurts cause the @MN_NorthStars moved when I was in MN. Moved to Phoenix where I became a Coyotes fan, and now they're moving. If they also win a @StanleyCup soon after leaving, then I know pro sports are rigged.

What a crazy day today! Wish I could’ve been out in the field. Here’s a loop of STORM-Net tornado probabilities this afternoon with radar. It had a great day today! Hopefully it saved some lives as well. It certainly will in the future.

The most appropriate framing of the EF5 tornado 'drought' should be: "X number of days since engineers and meteorologists discovered structural damage or vegetative impacts consistent with tornadic winds of EF5 intensity." That's wordy. But it's the truth.
