Going to be a great reset, deload week leading me right into a quick 2 week cut then bulk time
Will the general public ever understand that:
Sweat is the not the driver of weight loss
Activity is not the main driver of weight loss
It’s your diet and what you choose to fuel your body with

And that's not just a little fat, that's really fat.
And 10% are morbidly obese.
That's really, really, really fat.
I want to live by the beach. Have in laws on the east coast but I want it to be somewhere warm.

When deadlifting don’t confuse “rigid spine” for “flat back”
You want to make sure your back doesn’t excessively round or arch back when doing the lift.
But to say it needs to be straight is incorrect
You’re pulling 3,4,500 pounds.
It’s going to round forward a bit
Key is…
If you want to bring up a nagging body part, you want to increase volume (DUH)
But you need to take some volume away from other parts
You can’t just add, add, add
If you add a few sets, take some away
When you get a dog, what do you do?
You build them a routine, make walks/food etc at the same time, everyday
You need to think of yourself the same.
Create a routine, stick to it, and don’t deviate from it
MNF: I decided to put $2 on exact score 27-24 Vikings over bears
Wake up at 11:30 and it’s 27-17 with 2 min left
Bears score and I win my bet 😂

If you’re going to do Olympic please spend 3 months at least working on your technique.
Too many times I watch people add weight with terrible technique.
Then wonder why they get injured
