@ConnorTalksAI Muse and Dots have their use and strengths, but Grok Bot is by far the easiest to set up and organize teams of specialized bots - much like you would have employees in a startup.
4/ I'll post what I learn here: what works, what breaks, and how to lead people and agents at the same time. Off the clock it's TTRPGs, woodworking and drums. Follow along if you build software or AI systems.
3/ On the human side, every engineer works with Cursor, Claude Code and Codex. Our cycle time dropped by half. The tools helped, but the bigger change was rethinking review, testing and handoffs around them.

The rules system relates more to the dice-rolling mechanics. We continue improving on it, so feel free to send us feedback!
