People often justify refusing my Guide Dog access on the basis of potential fear of dogs. But how does it work when someone is scared & we’re sharing a space? Well it happened just now on the tube. As I boarded a person with a young child gasped “I’m scared of dogs!”

@ApothekerDer K2 nimmt es seit er 1J ist, war sehr viel im KH, es gab immer Diskussionen da die Pflegenden die Tabletten immer mit dem Frühstück bringen & wir immer schon direkt nach dem Aufstehen nach den Medis gefragt haben. Oft bekamen wir sie trotzdem erst mit dem Frühstück, d. h dann ⬇️
@ApothekerDer Das hungrige Kind musste also warten, während die Zimmer Nachbarn schon essen konnten. Das gab natürlich oft Geschrei vom K & Gemecker vom Personal, weil die ja mit dem Abräumen & allem dann warten mussten bis der Herr gegessen hat & weil wir ihn ja "quälte" .
@ApothekerDer Schlimm finde ich eher, wie viele Ärzte es gibt, die ein neues Medikament verordnen und sagen, man könnte dies ruhig morgens zusammen mit LT nehmen oder die einfach auf einen anderen Hersteller wechseln, weil ja "das Gleiche drinnen ist".
@SarahDillschne1 @ApothekerDer Sei froh. Ich habe da schon haarsträubende Sachen von etlichen Ärzten zu hören bekommen. Da ist es gut, wenn man sich selbst schlau macht. Allerdings schwindet dann bei sowas auch immer mehr das Vertrauen in Ärzte.

@ApothekerDer Ich war in einer Klinik Dort wurden ALLE Tabletten morgens vor dem Frühstück in einem Arztraum neben der Kantine ausgegeben alle haben die Dosen auf ihr Frühstückstablett gelegt und Frühstück geholt dann Tabletten genommen und gefrühstückt auf Nachfrage Organisatiorische Gründe

I know people mean well, but please try to refrain yourself from passing on unsolicited advice to me about Long Covid. I haven’t just been twiddling my thumbs for almost 16 months, I tried countless supplements, breathing techniques, diets, mindfulness etc.
I got a letter. So now that I'm 99% bedbound and can't even sit or leave the house, I finally qualify for free public transportation by bus. Lol. Those things are always too little too late. Help is always 1000 steps behind your basic needs when you're disabled/chronically ill.
