Truth. Always me, me, me. Zero self awareness. All ego. Completely self involved. No genuine kindness, no genuine empathy for others. Has to always be about them. All self serving. No problem being unkind, hurting another. But never speak up,”hurt” them, they are “sensitive”.

Have been in a depression, working so hard to shake. Trying to crawl out of as need all my energy to focus on getting well. Anxiety is what am so familiar with, this is just royally kicking my ass. Know it’s understandable under the circumstances, just want it gone. Now🙏
