@Trane_Tech Question - Why does it take 5+ days to ship a Compressor covered under warranty from Chicago to St Louis? Our AC crashed a week ago - with temps hovering at 90 degrees - while we wait for the part to arrive. The value of your warranty is dropping by the hour!

@aloyoga Your website is a disaster and so is your customer service! I’ve had 4 orders confirmed and then immediately cancelled. Something is clearly wrong with your web page!

@PecanC8 Totally agree! NO elected official should collect a pay check until every active duty military member’s paycheck clears the bank! 🤬🤬🤬

@MilaLovesJoe Absolutely! In the Midwest we call it, ‘Common Courtesy’. And if anyone ahead of me, struggling with packages or small children, I do my best to catch up so I can open the door. 😊

@Jeep Coincidently, one of my sons, SEAN COOKSEY, also drives a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I suggest you Google him before you dismiss the idea of us initiating a class action lawsuit. Have a nice day!

@Jeep No worries. I was fairly certain Jeep/Chrysler wouldn’t voluntarily do anything to compensate their customers for the expense of replacing the faulty parts - that’s what class action lawsuits are for. Thanks for your time.

@Jeep @Chrysler Why no recall on the Pentastar V6 Oil Filter Housing & Cooling Assembly? I just paid $800+ to have it replaced and after some research it appears it’s a problem you’ve known about for several years. Why not do the responsible thing and issue a recall? #MyLastJeep

@Jeep Thank you for your response. The best support you can provide is reimbursement for the cost of replacing the faulty Oil Filter Housing & Cooler Assembly. I’ve highlighted the costs of the related parts and labor on the attachment. The total for the replacement was $1,237.74.

@USPS I’ve been tracking my package for 12 days - it’s been sitting ‘In Transit’ for the last 4 days. This is a box of birthday gifts for 4 year old that was supposed to be delivered 12/16. Who can I contact for assistance?

Whats up with @mitchellreports on @MSNBC? She’s really struggling to get through her interviews. She has no energy - it’s like she’s 1/2 asleep! #TrumpAssasinationAttempt

@OFallonWater A reliable clean water supply should be at the top of the priority list for O’Fallon leadership. Perhaps your focus and resources need to shift from festivals and concerts in the park to sorting out the water main problems!

@OFallonWater Is anyone else concerned that these water main breaks and boil orders happen so frequently - like literally every week or two? What is being done to identify the root cause? What proactive measures are being implemented?

The most expensive part of having friends or family come stay with you for a holiday weekend is replacing the $3,000 worth of expired condiments you had to throw out from your fridge! #4thOfJuly

@Safecoinsurance Very disappointed with the time it’s taking to get a claims adjuster out to inspect the hail damage to my home. Claim filed Mar 15 and you’re offering an Apr 3 appointment. Totally unacceptable! I’m filing a complaint with MO Dept of Insurance today.
