One you start to see "Better for 1000 people to go without any public amenities than for one homeless person to temporarily enjoy a public amenity" as a key operating principle of US society, you can't un-see it.

I am heartbroken. Our beloved dog, our first baby, who has been with us for almost 16 years through the best and the worst, passed on today. I am devastated, but he is now at peace, climbing mountains and running through fields forever. 💔

Just got back from a long set of MRIs. I'm very claustrophobic and have to be very medicated. I like a loud disco playlist. It is a very unique experience being very stoned when Super Freak comes on and then the clanging syncs up with the beat. It was better than a laser show!

I really wasn’t prepared for the grief that comes with finally getting adhd meds. While I’m excited to see where things go I feel like I’m mourning a life that could have been.
We just did our first working walk since I fell over. @GuideDogAva was so gentle & cautious. She stopped at every tree root & uneven driveway. Double checking each time I had found it with my feet. My beautiful girl helps me build my confidence with such steady reassurance.

@TheUnwellLife No single one- I’ve been using the search feature to search for their names, as well as MCAS and mast cell activation. There isn’t much out there, a lot of the base information is repeated. But there’s new info or details that come out in almost every one.
