1/x Something we are seeing in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The number of CPA firms has really dropped over the last 15 years. We are getting referrals from big firms and gaining far more clients disenfranchised with big firms and this is new for us. #taxtwitter
@wlthyaccountant That language right there is problematic. I question any tax pro who uses it. It’s a false comparison. One is a state-level legal entity. The other is a federal tax entity type. “LLC” doesn’t tell me anything about the federal tax entity type. Your question is unanswerable.
If you do not know how to make a journal entry to match books to a tax return. You are not a bookkeeper. You are a "classify current year transactioner" and you should lower your voice.

5/x. I am changing to package pricing for tax returns. Not sure about names; low tier transactional just like now, a middle tier I want ppl to choose, and a high tier I expect very few to choose. If any of you do this I would love to see your packages. This is for Jan 23.
