Some of your old videos aren’t worth saving. Before you rewrite a single title, run one filter: does this video answer a question your prospects ask on sales calls? If it doesn’t, skip it. A well-made video on the wrong topic won’t book calls, however good the thumbnail looks. If it no longer fits your offer, unlist it so YouTube recommends your better videos instead. Keep at least half your library public, and leave a video up if you’re unsure about it. Fix 5 to 10 videos first. Check the numbers. Then do the rest. I start every client channel this way. I audit the old library first, then build forward.
