Weekends shouldn’t be time to recover. They should be time to rejoice. Burnout cultures exhaust us through the week and force us to recharge on the weekends. Healthy cultures provide daily space to refuel. Places that continually deplete our energy don’t serve our well-being.

The fundamental challenge with being gossipy (and specifically what I mean by that is talking ill of other people) is that it creates a challenge to demonstrating integrity as a leader. Gossiping erodes trust. It destroys our brand, and fundamentally lacks integrity.

@CPBritain I don’t agree at all. I earn under the average wage. Prior to the job I’m doing now I worked in hospitality for 5 years. Wfh (or more commonly atm hybrid working) is better for women, people with autism and people with disabilities, young people, the environment.
