This is the message that needs to be stated again and again. It is such a prevalent question/remark among teachers who are exposed to the SoR for the first time. We need to support educators in digging deeper into the research to understand what explicit and systematic means.

Just listened to Hugh Catt's presentation for AIMs Research to Practice Symposium! He suggested education needs to rethink reading comprehension beyond the science of reading in light of what we know about the science of learning. YES! All educators need this knowledge!
