@ToolstationUK Unfortunately, I had to hang up after one hour and 23 minutes of being on hold for help. One hour and 23 minutes!!!! Problem with my order is unresolved. (Missing item). It will be really hard for me to be your customer in the future.

@TopoChicoUK Please help. I purchased a multipack and one of the 6 cans is only about 1/2 full. Weighs only 208 grams (sealed). I am worried about the safety of all of the cans now. What do I do??

@PapaJohnsUK Just wanted to give you a massive THANK YOU! Because you have no delivery drivers willing to work for your Bath shop, I had the opportunity to give @Dominos_UK and their new vegan pizzas a try today. Delicious!

@WeLoveBath I looks like some sort of major filming is taking place at the Assembly Rooms today. Anybody know what it’s for?

@PapaJohnsUK Hello, my local store in Bath promised me a refund on some cold pizzas they delivered me last week. But they have not followed through and I'm out ~£23. Can you assist please?

If there’s one thing I’ve learned during lockdown, it’s that my manager spends a lot of time checking to make sure people are online. If there are two things I’ve learned, it’s that - plus the fact that putting your mouse an analog watch makes it look like you’re online.

@SimplyHammocks After nearly two weeks I am still waiting to hear back about my order. I have called and emailed without a reply. Can you please respond or return my money?

@bathnes I have the distinct displeasure of living near the smelly and repulsive Baylor/Tasty Chinese restaurant on St James Parade. Who can I talk with about the nastiness they leave on the pavement outside? #vile

@GreenRocketCafe I was so excited to take a friend the other night. Unfortunately, the chef DENIED my order to have two pumpkin risotto starters as my main! Didn't ask what would have happened if we each ordered one... Anyway, we left to go somewhere friendlier. So disappointed.

@MannKindCorp Hi guys. I am completely baffled at the lack of transparency with investors. What's going on there at HQ please?

@theovenbath Really disappointed in you today. After bragging to my friends all day about the great pizza, I was let down by our table being ignored and one of of pizzas arriving 15 minutes after the others. Do better!

@ESLFCU Hi, thanks for passing along the feedback. I’m using Safari on Mac. Not a complaint so much as feedback to make it more intuitive.

@ESLFCU Hi - just some negative feedback on your new website. After entering my member number and password, I naturally always hit the giant button directly underneath to continue. The problem is that's not the login button! Login is the teeny one to the side! GRRRR! Bad design.
