Can't believe people still blame genetics for being overweight... If you're a human being... Eating less and moving more for 3 months will decrease the weight on the scale. Try it out then let me know if it's "genetics".
Convincing people to workout is a waste of time. The main goal of my coaching is to help people who want it reach their goals and doing the steps that I know will work. Trying to persuade someone to be fit is like telling a drug addict to quit drugs. You can't save everyone.
Being fit isn’t just about looking good. It’s about being able to do activities that you are can’t do just from just by being fat. It does not even have to be hard or overcomplicated to reach this level. Think about how limited you are being home unfit and take action now.
Travelling isn’t an excuse to “let loose”. There’s always a way to eat the foods you enjoy while still reaching your goals. Even on a Holiday or Work Travel. What you consume shouldn’t change based on location. Even if you can’t train, at least get your steps in.
There's a free anti-depressant that doesn't get prescribed by doctors. It's called exercise.
Training 6 days a week while working 40 hours a week when starting out is simply over training. Don’t overcomplicate the process and let it be simple. All you need is 3-4 sessions a week with good sleep and nutrition for results.
The world rewards action takers. Not people who play it "safe" all their life
You're never too old to workout. Working out brings physical and mental benefits. There's no age limit to lifting a dumbbell or doing a push-up. Your body can adapt, so train based on your fitness level, not your age.
4 months have already passed since 2024. Are you achieving the goals you wanted to achieve... Or is next year "the" year?
How I stay lean: • Eat protein • 7,500 steps daily • Staying hydrated • Training at least 3 times a week • Getting 7-8 hours of sleep per night It's about doing the small tasks you promised yourself to do day in and day out to achieve what you want.
Stress isn't from hard work. Stress comes from inaction of things that you have control over. Of course you'll feel it when you skip the gym, watch Netflix all day and eat nothing but junk.
Woke up feeling lazy and full of excuses. The weekend… a good reason to be a slob and just take it easy right? Wrong. I can say that going to the gym made me 100% more productive today. To top it off i’ll be even getting better sleep tonight since I trained.
If you're not doing anything to improve yourself then you don't care about your loved ones.
All excuses of skipping the gym or eating a balanced diet comes from pure laziness. There's no other way around it
A diet does not have to control your life. With the right methods and knowledge you can: - Still eat with your family - Enjoy the foods you eat - Eat our with friends You won't feel guilty and enjoy it more as a result.
You overestimate how much people judge you in the gym. Everyone there is at the gym to improve themselves and have no clue you are even there.
A diet hack to stay consistent is to eat foods that you enjoy most. All you have to do is meal plan and make the food yourself and you will see results.
If you're struggling with hunger: • Eat more protein in every meal • Tying hunger to progress • Avoid processed food • Drink more water • Meal plan Combating hunger is about eating the right foods with the right mentality.
