I do the same thing. I'll typically put them in pocket or toss them down a storm drain

HE STOPS FOR EVERY NAIL Tres Wilks runs about 30 miles a week in Huntington. He picks up the screws and nails so other people don’t get flats. He said there has never been a day he didn’t find one. wsaz.com/2026/08/28/hom…

@_TrueVoodoo I have a bottle of 18 year Macallen that I took one small sip of. I can't do it. It's 99% full and I'm looking to get rid of it or trade for some good bourbon. Most scotch drinkers look at me like I'm an alien when I tell them this

@SpaceCoastCRE Right. Noticed the same. It's why I'd rather abstain totally or drink 10. If I'm gonna F it up, I might as well make a night of it and not wake up miserable 2 hours after I go to sleep. The sleep profile isn't much different either lol

@jerryteixeira Every single thing you're saying tracks. I started at 46 and stopped at blue belt for a few reasons. I'm very fit, have a ton of cardio capacity so I could hang with the kids too. Took a serious toll on my body. Knees killing me, neck constantly hurting, just not worth it for me.

Doing a bunch of random exercises is still healthy. But training with no plan is why most people never make real progress. A journey without a map takes a lot longer, if you get there at all. Comment F8 for the free guide. It's the map.

@jerryteixeira Let's get this message to veterans. People feel like they'll never be as bad ass as they once were and it depresses them. Veterans in particular. There's so much more to do but we need side quests to help with our identity.

@anymanfitness Bonus tip. Get a standing desk and don't sit down. The only time I sit down is when I have an in person meeting or event where I have to. I stand 6-7 hours a day

@bowtiedmeathead Same situation with my youngest. Will likely pursue cosmetology at a vocational school while she's in high school. My background is technical, machine trades and I would love for her to pursue a trade but she's not the right fit for that lifestyle and environment
